I believe that this is NOT legitmate. They said they could sell my timeshare for $1795 cost to me but couldn't provide any details much less a real estate license number for any state.

Apparently, I owe money and is from a legal office and if I don't settle this financila mess, Law enforcements will be sent to me and work and I will loose everything, my children, my assetts, and family, etc.... It is a good thing I don't have much - I know that this is a scam because I would have gotten something in writing and I haven't and they wil not sent out law enforcement for unpaid debt. So, don't worry - let your law enforcement know that you are getting calls like these and to file complaints against this company. But, I heard this company describes themselves from everything.

Some girl named Sky calling on behalf of Scott McGilvray. I told her not to call back and hung up. Did some research, sounds like an income fund scam, as usual.

This number rang me three times. I am not a Vodaphone customer. I tried to ring back and was told the number is disconnected!!

I received constant prank calls from this number on my business number. The guys calls in with diferrent scenarios, sometimes asking for nuggets, other times pretends to be a police officer etc.

Got a message from Richard Martin w/a heavy accent. Says the matter is time sensitive and got the same busy extension

BEWARE These people are calling from INDIA. They are trying to steal your identity. Never give your account or personal info over the phone unless you know who you are talking to. I kept them on the phone for 15 minutes just trying to find out who they were. The lady said she was from INDIA and when she found out I didn't have a Macy's card she hung up on me and we haven't heard back from them so far.

Said they could see that I had a credit card with them with a $10,000 balance. I told them I didn't have a credit card with American Financial. They said "Oh" and hung up. They have called several times and each time they tell me a different company name that they are with.

They just called me, I didnt answer.I have read other peoples reviews on this number..pretty freaky.. they better not call again.
